Blood blister or Keloid? HELP PLEASE

So I’ve had my nipples pierced since September and everyone was good. I would clean it and make at sure it looked okay. Well today I noticed a bump with pus (it looked like a pimple) by the barbell ball. I took a shower and popped it. The bump seemed to have gone away.

After the shower, I saw that the bump turned black which looked like a blood blister. So now I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to talk the piercing out but I also don’t want it to be infected. I was told by a friend to put tea tree oil, crushed aspirin, or put a warm rag on it.

Please comment down what I should do!
