Rash?

Question

Anyone know what this could be? We thought maybe from his new sweater last night but it’s been 15 hours or so without wearing it and still splotchy

Ohhh literally as I was putting my LO down for bed last night I saw the same thing. I didn't notice it at her previous diaper change though. And it was RIGHT as she was going to bed. Shes not up yet so I haven't been able to check it out again. 
She has food allergies and is allergic to cats and dogs, apparently. (She had colitis as an infant so we took her to get allergy testing when she was turning 1 because we wanted to see if she was going to be able to drink cows milk, and turns out shes allergic to more than just the dairy, according to the results). Her reactions have so far have been rashes and bloody stools. Never anaphylaxis. And the dr didn't say I should be worried about anaphylaxis either. So I knew it would be okay to let her sleep. 
The thing is shes been around lots of pets, she loooveeess dogs. I've never noticed more than maybe a little runny nose if shes literally hugging and kissing the dog for more than a few minutes. 
We were at my parents house who's dog wasnt even there at the time, but still the fur was on the couches... ?? 
Then my other thoughts were, maybe she found food that shes allergic to from the floor at my parents house when I wasn't looking? There were lots of kids running around snaking so that is also a huge possibility???
