What is this? Comments/advice? Also had cramps this week
Hello, I had this come out of me as I wiped. I am in my Green Day’s (in the Glow calendar) but had seen some previous comments on this possibly could be old sperm. I hadn’t heard of this before so need more suggestions please! I am not bleeding at all when I wipe this just came out and no other blood or spotting followed. Although, I have been cramping on & off this week. I thought maybe ovulation? Thanks in Advance. I appreciate any comments.
