Missed Periods and no baby :( HELP

My partner and I have been TTC since August this year. And I randomly stopped having periods in October. I have done so many tests and all have came up negative. I still haven’t had a period and was due on 27th October ... what can I do about this?😩 Surely I can’t get pregnant not having a period. I need a period so we can continue to try. (my Docs are so busy, I’m waiting on an appointment) I lost my last baby at 32 weeks and I’m so scared I’ll never be pregnant again😥😥
