What could this be?
My sons cheeks and chin have looked like this for a weeks now. I thought maybe it was just dry skin from the weather getting cold. It comes and goes. I’ve tried all kinds of different lotions (baby and non scented kinds) and baby Vaseline but nothing is helping it. Could it be from teething? He got his first tooth about two weeks ago and has another trying to breakthrough. He is 6 months old. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
