Pregnancy symptoms?

So quick question ladies. The last day of my period was the 10th of December... it’s very seldom that my breast’s are sore a week prior to my period, so it only happens every couple months. Well just about a week after the last day of my period my boobs have been super sore. Last night I was having abdominal uncomfortably. And has gone on periodically throughout today..I took a test the other day and it was negative, it was obviously taken too early. Trying to not get my hopes up but I just wanted anyone’s thoughts on why I may be feeling this. I have an extra test that I’ll take if my period doesn’t come on time.
