I stopped breastfeeding and I feel guilty

Natasha

Hello mommas,

So I stopped breastfeeding and I feel so guilty and I honestly dont know why. I know feeding is best and it does not really matter how you feel your babies, thats up to you :). But my goal was to breastfeed my baby for 4 months and sabe as much milk as I could. I know I have reached my goal because my daughter just turn 4 months today. I still have supply for probably another month or so. She is doing really so good with formula but for some reason I just feel this little guilt inside and it wasn’t I stopped abruptly it seems like it just happened little by little I stopped pumping or breastfeeding her directly. I tried today to pump and haven’t pump in like 4-5 days and literally nothing came out; maybe a few drops and of course what do I expect if that’swhat happen when you stop but again why the guilt if it was my decision. Does that happend to any of you? If so what you did to let go of the guilt.

Thank you

Oh I forgot to mention I also have a toddler and even I enjoyed breastfeeding my daughter. I was struggling too between pumping and feeding plus the toddler so it was a bittersweet situation.
