Baby grinding his teeth
Hi everyone,
My son is 9 months old and has 3 bottom teeth, with one coming through. Now, he has his first top tooth coming through as well. I’ve noticed today that he’s grinding his teeth very frequently. I’m assuming that it’s due to teething pain, but is it harmful to him? I’ve given him cold teething rings and infant Motrin but he’s still fussy and grinding his teeth.
