What’s this? Heat rash?

Is this heat rash. I noticed a few hours ago but I thought it was from redness from her sleeping until I looked closer￼￼

My baby had something similar on his tummy and chest turns out it was from heat. I was bathing him warmer than I should 😞 overdressing is another thing to watch for also!

••••update**** I applied aquaphor advanced therapy healing ointment and she’s doing 90% better  I do think maybe it was eczema brought on by sweating but I’m not sure. But I hope this helps future moms who need help. Thought I’d update.

Or could it be eczema?  She’s been on hypoallergenic formula since a month old. She’s 3 months and 2 days today. I haven’t changed any laundry soap or anything and she’s not appearing to be in pain. I’ve applied some aquaphore to see if it’ll get better.
