I'm bottle feeding, so I track amount of formula. I also still track diapers as well, mostly to make sure her dirty diapers are frequent enough. All this tracking has become such a habit, it's hard to stop! 😬

I just recently stopped tracking bottles/nursing sessions & overnight sleep. Only tracking naps now.

I don't track at home, but my daycare tracks. Mostly because they have multiple babies and need to keep everything in order.

We’re down to a pretty consistent daily schedule so the only things I track are dirty diapers and milestones. After her 9 month well visit, dr was very pleased with her weight so I don’t feel the need to track her bottles or meals. I will however make a note if she’s had something new that day.

Only tracking sleep because when she doesn't get enough she can be a handful, same as if she sleeps too much. Just allows me to figure out how many naps she needs or if I put her back down in the morning when she wakes up

As long as baby is gaining weight and healthy there is no need for tracking. I haven't tracked anything with either of my babies.

I track diapers, feedings, and sleep. He was a premature baby and I had to track for so long that it’s just habit to still do it. And it’s come in handy a few times.
