As a Christian, do you think it’s wrong to masturbate? *no porn involved*

I’m curious because I haven’t really gotten to look into it biblically and as a single mom to two littles, and with a high sex drive and no Desire to even risk a potential pregnancy, it seems to be the only way the release the tension. Obviously I’ve not been a biblically moral person my entire life having two babies and single, but my views/respect for it has changed so much in the last year or so.
