Werid periods after birth? HELP

Since I had my son, my period is very strange. The first period I had after birth was after around 7 weeks postpartum , and it was very light. Three weeks later and it started again! But, it only lasted a day?? I put a tampon in expecting an actual period and it never filled the tampon at all. So I put on a liner and hardly anything on that either. It was basically just like a few drops of blood and now it’s over.. I’m so confused. Is this even my period and why is it so weird.
