I’m 5.5 wpp. I think I’m starting my period. I’m an exclusive pumper and I am currently taking liquid gold by Legendairy. I am so scared of my supply tanking because I’m an under supplier/just enougher. I’m thinking of ordering emergency brownies by milky mama. Has anyone used these ?!

Oatmeal everything was my saving grace with pumping and producing milk. Pinterest has a ton of recipes from muffins, to cookies, even meatloaf. Also a ton of water!!

I used them, and they helped keep me afloat for a time. However, it’s recommended not to take stuff like that before 12 weeks PP because your supply is still regulating. Breast milk is like 90% water, so try drinking a ton of water. And your body will make more milk the more you nurse/pump. Power pumping helps or cluster feeding will help if you’re nursing.
