BLEEDING FOR 18 DAYS??!!

9th of November I suffered a miscarriage at 5 weeks.

I bled slowly for about 4/5 days and I had positive pregnancy tests all the way to the 13th of December where I came on my 1st period since. Since then I have been bleeding continuously. 9 days it was heavy and it then started to taper off but still bleeding none the less. The past two days it has been starting to get heavier with a few clots again. I've contacted my local GP who did 7 lots of blood yesterday which have all come back fine apart from Gonadotrophin. I have got to wait for a letter off my local hospital for a scan but at the rate things are going it could be months! Has anybody had this before?? Me and my partner were hoping to try again pretty sharpish after but this is just messing everything up!
