Has progesterone helped?

Question

Has anyone who experienced reoccurring miscarriages with unexplained infertility been successful getting pregnant and maintaining pregnancy with the help of progesterone suppositories? 
This may be my only hope before trying IVF (which I can’t afford).

Yes! Currently 14 weeks pregnant finished my progesterone at 11 weeks. I had 3x miscarriages. I hope this works for you!

I am on the suppository and no it hasn’t helped. But I haven’t been diagnosed yet with unexplained. 
I know my lining is too thin and that’s my main issue. Seeing an RE in January
