Hey, did anyone start taking conception vitamins to help conceive again after a missed miscarriage? Want to try get my body in best shape as possible...

They don’t help you conceive whatsoever, I’ve been on mine for a year and switched the brand three times, all the do is help grow the baby inside you if there is one. It’s always healthy so be on them before a pregnancy- just incase you get pregnant sooner than you think. I would look up vitamins to help egg quality, uterus lining, regular ovulation, sperm quality and quantity: stuff like Maca, Zinc, CoQ10, Vitamin D, Iron, B6, Vitamin C, and than once you have a list- talk to your doctor about your hormone levels and what vitamins would be best for you. Definitely don’t go out and buy a bunch of vitamins Willy Nilly either- that can screw your cycle sideways and I learned that the hard way by taking the wrong combinations. Actually ended up in hospital after the MC.
