Do I really need to take 0-3 months ?

I’ve seen a ton of women who pack 0 to 3 month clothes and I’m wondering if I really need to pack any? I have about 4 newborn outfits packed but I want to be completely prepared! My son is measuring a week ahead so a big boy! I’m also really dilated so I doubt I’ll have 10 pound baby.

Well you definitely don’t need 4 newborn outfits. I would do one newborn and one 0-3.

Being dilated has 0 to do with how much longer you'll hold out. I was 2cm for almost 2 months. My daughter was estimated at 9lbs and ended up in preemie clothes/diapers because she was 6lbs 2oz. There's no way to KNOW what you'll need. We took 2 preemie, 2 newborn, and 2 0-3 month outfits.

My son didn’t fit in anything close to newborn. He was a stealth 10 lbs and everyone was shocked! The had to use size 1 diapers on him in the hospital. Definitely pack a variety of sizes!

I mean, you can if you want to. But, they told me that my son was measuring two weeks ahead of his due date at every appointment. He was born and only weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces. We had to buy preemie clothes because NB was way too big. 
They can only guess, and even then it’s not 100% accurate

You must have different size things where I am it’s 0000 for premature bubs and 000 for new borns 0-3mths, 00 3-6mths and 0 6-12 months. I only ever took 000 clothing for my bubs and I was 2cm dilated for weeks before birth and birthed at 37 weeks so 3 weeks early and mine were 7 pound 9ounces, 8pound 2 ounces and 8pound 3 ounces. I was told the first two would be around the 6pound and the last was ment to be 10 pound. It’s all a guess if u ask me :)

I packed a 0-3 and newborn outfit for both of my babies and never needed the 0-3. I did however have to have someone pickup a preemie outfit for my last daughter because newborn stuff was huge on her.

I packed 1 newborn sized outfit and a couple 0-3 because my baby was measuring 2 weeks ahead. He was born 9lbs 2oz and was to big to fit into newborn clothes. He went straight into 0-3
