Tens machine

Question

Hi guys so I'm 32 weeks tomorrow 😁 and Im hoping to have a home birth.. I've been looking into Tens machine but I want to know if it's worth getting ? Are they great pain relief like they say ?

It feels good while using it when you find a good combo in the settings. For me, personally it doesn’t get rid of pain, it just feels good and loosens you up while using it and shortly thereafter.

I used one at home. I didn’t find it helpful for pain control, but it was a good distraction. Our midwifery office loans them to their clients so that we didn’t have to purchase one.
