I live in the city which means my house is tiny. I don’t want to leave city life but also need more comfort, more room and more conveniences. Curious to see where everyone else lives!

We live in the burbs. I love how quiet it is and we’re pretty secluded. We’re definitely the youngest couple/family in our neighborhood...but I think old people are mostly great so its a plus for me.

We were in a city and would have stayed... but a 1200 square foot condo down the street from our apartment sold for $1.4 million... 
so we moved to the burbs where we could afford a house to have more space.

We’re renting in the suburbs but looking for a house in the country, not sure where we’re gonna settle down we’re looking at Texas Tennessee or Florida

It’s such a hard decision. We live in the city and our house is very small- two small bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s an old house with very little storage or even closets. If we moved to a surrounding suburb we could have a 4 bedroom house with so much more room. I just really want my kids to grow up in a city with a bit more diversity and culture... which is my main reason for wanting to stay. I also love that we can walk everywhere.

Suburbs!! I used to live in California and since living in the suburbs I’m sooooo happy I don’t live in the city. Less people, less crime, cost of living is less, just all around better decision to live in the suburbs for us.

We moved from the city(Miami) to a little town in Georgia. We love it but life is very different and so is the level of diversity. We are a biracial couple( Chinese Venezuelan and Cuban American) living among 90% Caucasian and 10% African American. We love it here but we don’t think we will retire here.... maybe somewhere in the middle between city and suburbs of the country lol 
Although our cost of living is much lower, our taxes are much higher than what we used to pay in Miami, FL.

We live in the suburbs, but we have an old farm house with an old machine shop and a barn and have a 2 acre yard. Our neighbor also has an old farmhouse with multiple acres of land so it feels like the country but just a block over is a cute little neighborhood and all the stores and stuff. I love it here. We’re from New York (upstate), and we moved to Florida for 5 years but when I had our first baby we moved back up here to be with family. 🗽🍎🍁

We live in the “suburbs” kind of. We rent a townhome on a military base. It’s close-ish to cities so we get to enjoy that if we choose. I don’t like being so close to so many people though. I would much rather live in the country far away from everyone which is where I grew up. I honestly don’t mind a longer commute. I was pretty used to driving over 30 minutes to go to Target. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I hate having so many nosey neighbors and I wish we had a bigger yard for our kids.
