Milk ounces
I am still pumping but adding almond milk into my babies bottles.
Sometimes i get less than an ounce of breast milk and just give her almond milk by itself
She’s probably getting 20 ounces or so of milk a day. How many ounces are you giving your child?
Is it all milk? “Google” says you should limit milk to only 16 ounces a day. FTM here
