Help I’m so worried about my boy!

He’s 2year old and 5months! And he barely speaks! He says peppa pig, bottle, buttons, he hiya,byebye, giraff, mumma,nana,granda,dawson and that is pretty much it ! And a lot of the words he won’t even say all the time ! He dosnt say yes or no nothing like that!! All he does is run wild all day barely sits for longer than 5minutes! And when you try to talk to him most the time he just straight blanks me out and pretends he dosnt hear me! All he wants to do it is run wild! He often walks on his tip toes and flaps his hands and he’s started this new thing where he just tries to eat and lick everything and spit! I sometimes catch him licking the walls!! [seems strange to me] he’s so funny with the texture of food etc to! The health visitor was worried about his speech and put him in a group with other kids but still nothing !! He dosnt even really like to be around other kids! Just ignores them to ! Is anyone else kid like this???
