I have been worried today

I woke up this morning and had some spotting and some clot not bad but it goes away every now and my OBGYN had me get an blood test to see how the baby is doing. What you all think? We have alot of people praying and hoping its a healthy baby. I feel fine compare to thia morning has some back pains and cramps but im fine now so idk what is wrong ? But ive had a MC before and this is different. I hope it not MC and it just a complication. PLEASE PRAY🙏
