Help please

Hi girls..

Currently 4 weeks PP.

My bleeding stopped at 3 weeks and went to just a little brown discharge when I wipe.. however yesterday my bleeding came back and it’s bright red again! It only comes out when I’ve been sitting for a while or go to the toilet and it’ll be a small gush and then it stops for a bit again... is this normal? No clots or anything just thin blood.. ty
