First time ovulation tests

This is my first time using ovulation tests. I am 10 months postpartum. I recently had a IUD in for about 6 months and removed it in October, I never had a period until the beggining of December. Bled consistently for about 5-6 days stopped for about 4 days then bled a little but not much to think it was a period for a couple days. Kind of just seemed like spotting but we’re some small clots. So I’m really unsure what’s going on with my cycle. I started testing as soon as I received these in the mail and it’s showing I’m very close to ovulation. Are these pretty reliable? Would I be getting this much of a positive reading if im going to start my period?

I’m thinking my period ended later than I thought and this is a accurate reading, husband and I are treating it that way regardless just in case!

Why am I so confused? 🤣
