Am I over feeding ?

So I saw this on another group. The very bottom of the “examples” is what I was looking at. So my LO is eating 4 oz every 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours. If she gets any less than 4 oz she cries nonstop. She doesn’t go over 4oz either. Should I be worried I’m over feeding her?

My son eats 4oz every two hours... sometimes more. And he’s in the 23rd percentile for weight. I think since he goes 10-13 hours without eating at night he gets hungrier throughout the day.

I look at that as just guidance because every baby is different. Also that’s breastfeeding amounts just in case you’re feeding formula. My daughter will sometimes eat 6 oz of breastmilk and that’s after only 2 hours of not eating. I’m not too worried about it.

My son eats 4 ounces (very occasionally 5) every 2 hours during the day and sleeps 10-12 hours at night with typically only one feed in the middle. Don’t pay too much mind to these charts. Feed when hungry and if there’s no excessive spit up or tummy problems, then no worries. Most* breastmilk fed babies will drink 28-32 ounces per day and if they sleep through the night they will make up those calories through the day.

My son eats 4-5 ounces every 3-4 hours. Sleeps 9-12 at night usually and has 5-7 bottles a day depending on his hunger.
