OPK help!!

I was pretty sure I ovulated on cycle day 7 or 8. I didn't bbt but I always feel ovulation. My cycle is a little off still following a chemical in October. After taking HL this morning it looks like I am gearing up for another surge. I also HCG this morning and i knew it was too early but I couldn't help myself !! I don't feel anything like I felt when I thought I was ovulating last week so I am thoroughly confused. Anyone with anything similar happen to them?
