Diet and Exercise in TWW
So New Years resolutions and all (and trying to lose those extra quarantine pounds lol) have started. I’m not overweight, but I’m heavier than my usual weight right now by a few pounds. And I’m also just into the TWW. Does anyone know if lowering caloric intake during the TWW can impact implantation or viability? I’m not doing anything crazy, just trying to ~safely~ lose a few pounds that I gained over quarantine/holidays. But if it could impact any chance at pregnancy, I guess I’ll keep the pounds on lol
