When to Call

Hi Everyone!
First please let me know if this should be moved to another topic. I wasn’t sure where it should go.
Here’s my situation: I am 9 or 10 DPO today and got my first vfl. When should I call my doctor to get a blood work appointment? Should I test on the day AF is expected (hopefully with a BFP) and then call? I don’t want to go too early and waste their time. Thanks!

I called at 9dpo. Every office is different. Mine had me schedule an appointment for 6 weeks and I didn't have to do any blood work.

Not every doctor will want to do blood work unless you have a history of loss or it’s taken a long time to conceive (12+ months. I would wait until your missed period to call to make an appointment. If you are pregnant, they may not want to see you until 8-10 weeks. Good luck!

I called the day I got my positive. They never did any blood work or urine test to “confirm”.
