Implantation cramps

So yesterday I had this super weird cramp in my lower abdomen, it honestly felt like someone had grabbed each of my Fallopian tubes and pulled them apart, it only last a few minutes but it’s nothing I’ve ever felt before. It’s took my breath away it really hurt. I don’t have any spotting or anything. I’m was 12DPO so maybe implantation cramps? Has anyone ever experience that before? AF is suppose to show up on Friday or Saturday.
