How do you deal with this?

Hey girls, so im newly single. There's this guy who has been flirty with me for a few months. He isn't looking to be in a serious relationship and so we mutually agreed to just have fun. We would cuddle and have sex. Sex only happened 2 times and then we went back to being regular friends because we both agreed that it isn't sustainable to do that and maintain a genuine friendship. The thing is, he admitted his attraction to me obviously from sex but he has stated it. Now I feel even more attracted to him and im disappointed that he doesnt want a relationship. How do I deal with this? I don't wanna be that desperate secretly hopeful girl. How do I move on?
