baby drama

i’ve been with my boyfriend for 6 years as of next month. all my friends have babies :( i’m diabetic so may be that & that’s why we’re having issues idk. but recently he’s been saying he doesn’t want a child,

and i’m not sure. but the older i get the more that this is like deterring our relationship i feel like. am i wrong for this? waiting another year and if we are still in this same situation, for wanting to move on?
