Is it safe to eat the Brat diet/stomach flu diet for a day if I’m fine? Read below

My sleep schedule has been messed up so sometimes I’m not eating breakfast till 4-5:30pm because I got up at 1pm. So the past few weeks I find I am never hungry but I continue to force myself to eat meals during the day. I also track what I’m eating so it meets calorie and protein needs so it’s not over eating for sure. Problem is even eating a tomato, it feels too heavy after. I don’t want to do a full on fast or juice fast, but would it be safe to do the stomach flu/brat diet for a day? Bread, banana, rice, applesauce. And when I am hungry I can add in some salmon or something. My body literally is wanting to feel lighter like veggies should make me feel good, where after I feel gross and weighted down
