Would you use a name you loved even if the inspiration from the name came from a bad person?

So if you really like a celebrities name or draw inspiration from that name but then found out how awful that person was (domestic violence, cheating, drug user, etc.) would you still use that name?

It would depend, is the name synonymous with the person or bad thing or a common name which happens to also be the name of someone bad? 
Like I’m not naming my kid Judas or Hitler, but Micheal (micheal Jackson) or Bill (Bill Crosby) Go for it

If it were very strongly tied to that celebrity, and rare otherwise... like everyone immediately would think of the celebrity and not of their second cousin or their realtor or whatever... then I probably wouldn’t. 
But if it was a celebrity’s name and also lots of other people’s name, then I wouldn’t hesitate just because one bearer of the name is a jerk.

There’s bad people with every name 🤷🏻‍♀️ Use the name you like almost no one will associate the name to that person, unless if it’s heavily associated with someone bad, for example Hitler.

Yeah I think that's weird. It's one thing if you're just naming your kid a name that a celebrity happens to have, but if you're kinda "naming your kid" after a douchebag, that's not good.

Depends how recognisable the name is. Chris is fine even though Chris Brown is a tool. Bill is fine even though Bill Cosby is a pedo. I feel most names are okay.

My oldest got his first name from Jaleel white (Steve urkel) and my second son got his name from the movie losing Isaiah with Halle berry and Jessica lange. Love that movie!
