What is this tugging pulling sensation I’m feeling on my left side? Started yesterday

Yeah that’s too early, you don’t get it until your uterus has grown larger and starts stretching the ligaments around it as it’s supporting a heavier organ. At 6 weeks your uterus hasn’t changed. It just may be other cramps or something- there’s a all kinds of new experiences you’ll have while pregnant :)
