Thinking about breaking up with him

So ive been with my bf for 3 years now. Im 20 and hes 23. Ive spoken to him before about getting a place of our own but he just doesnt want to. I work and he makes almost $1000 a week and works every damn day so its not a matter of not being able to afford it. He wants to live with me supposedly but at his parents house and i dont want that. He also wants to have a baby right now and i dont want to do that without having a place to ourselves which seems like will never happen. I stay with him because i love him but this is not something i want to keep dealing with. He said even if he gets his own house, it'll be a two story for us and his parents.

I even suggested buying a tiny house so that we can have our own space, not pay rent, and he can still help his family financially and see them often. That still wasnt good enough for him. His parents arent disabled or anything like that. They work and are looking for a new apartment since their daughter is moving out so they want to downsize.

Now its come to the point where im planning to move to Florida alone, obviously hes not coming with me, and I think we should break up. Ive known him for 8 years so its hard to let go but we just want different things... We live within a 10 minute distance of each other and i still rarely see him because hes always working. I know a long distance relationship wont work, at least for me, because I complain about not spending enough time with him as it is and nothing changes.
