Bedroom issues?

Husband stays up to play video games every night, too tired to have sex. When we do have sex he expects me to suck him and then ride him. Yet I get very little out of it at all. I have gotten frustrated by this, and I guess have started giving him the cold shoulder after sex because I have asked him to do more foreplay, also he gets upset that I masturbate. This has turned into arguments and him accusing me of cheating/leaving him. I don’t know what to do
