Implant

Hi, can anyone tell me their experiences with the implant. I’ve had mine for 5 weeks now and irregular bleeding, sometimes it’s light or heavy. Also has anyone got pregnant on it as well as I’ve seen multiple videos on it but I think I’m just scaring myself.
