How to get rid of spiders for GOOD?!

I have a spider issue in my home and I can’t seem to get rid of them I feel like I clean them out and they come back. I do have house plants which I’m thinking might be why they keep appearing. Anyone have any advice and if possible I was looking for a more natural approach vs. harsh chemicals😅

Everytime I see a web, I vacuum it. Dust corners of the ceiling, wherever walls come together etc. 
Basically, if you have a spider problem, it's likely that you have another insect issue. I'd have an exterminator come out just to take a look and see what's going on. You can have them spray the outside perimeter of your house to kill any egg sacs that they see.
It could be as simple as installing door sweeps and turning off outside lights that are near entryways (lights attract insects, which attract spiders).
A dehumidifier can help if there's a moisture issue.

We had a spider issue and now have our home sprayed 4x a year by professionals. They told us a main issue was any bushes or trees touching the house (we had a TON of bushes). Since we ripped them out we haven’t had such an issue but our neighborhood has a lot of ivy that is another issue so we can’t permanently get rid of the spiders. But they are few and far between when and how many we see now.

Diamataceous Earth. It’s a fine powder you spray in the cracks and crevices of doorways and house and around foundation of home. It’s safe for kids and animals. It will eliminate the small bugs that the spiders like to eat. Once the powder gets wet you need to reapply so it typically works best in dryer climates. Not to be used around aquatic pets.

We have our house sprayed twice a year for spiders because my husband doesn’t want to ever see one😂 and we don’t🤷‍♀️ they are all over outside tho but we don’t have them spray the yard and shops
