Period after an abortion.

Did any one else get a really HEAVY first period after a medical abortion?

I’m having really intense pelvic pain and bleeding so much more. I also have LOTS of blood clots coming out. My obgyn said it’s normal since it’s my first period since the pill.

Although she did say, the ultrasound only showed thickened uterus lining and my blood levels came back perfect. 😭 it’s just concerning at how much blood and clots are coming out.
