Probably a stupid question 😅
Okay, I admit this is probably a very stupid question BUT: Exactly how do you count DPO? Like I obviously know what it means! I got a Peak fertility from a test Sunday night. Glow shows my ovulation date as Monday. Say I actually DID ovulate Monday ... when I’m counting my DPO, do I *include* Monday? Or should Day 1 start Tuesday?
