2nd baby and not ready at all

So I’m almost 36 weeks and I haven’t packed my hospital bag, installed the car seat, gotten any NB sized diapers, newborn wash, gotten the baby gear out of the attic, etc... I think I was ready at like 32 weeks with my first. I have no motivation to do it. I’m using all my energy to keep up the operations at the house - watching my toddler, dishes, cleaning, laundry, etc. When do I really need to have this done? Anyone else dragging their feet? I’m getting induced on 1/27 and I’ll be 38+1.
