36 weeks hand expressing
Hello, has anyone else started hand expressing to save colostrum? I actually work in labor and delivery and some of the nurses said to start and save so I could bring it in to the hospital when I deliver. I’m actually proud of how much I’ve been getting (also I’m not pumping) hand expressing is fine per OB
