Hurt feelings- husband less excited

My feelings are hurt and I feel alone. My husband said he is less excited to have our second baby because of how much work the first one was and how little time he already has to himself. He said he obviously loves our kids and wouldn’t trade them for the world and loves being a dad but that he isn’t really happy about this one even though it was planned. I feel crushed and so lonely. I don’t even want to do a baby shower anymore or maternity pictures because I feel like this isn’t a reason to celebrate anymore.
