TTC BUT have Issues

My Husband and I are TTC. I have a 10yr old (not her real dad, my husband) so we want to have 1 baby of our own! About 9 years ago I have an Eptopic Tubel pregnancy and my right tube was removed. They said 50 50% chance of having another child! Since then, I've definitely had unprotected sex and have not gotten pregnant or any scares etc.

Does anyone have any info to share?

I go to my OBGYN in April and will chat with them. I also heard other info that I may only Ovulate every other month so it could be a hit or miss!? My Husband works out of town 5days a week so that doesn't help much when we do have the chance to try!
