Knee pain pp

Has anyone dealt with knee pain pp? I gained about 50 pounds during my pregnancy, I’ve lost half the weight so far. It hurts to stand up it even walk long distances. Wondering if anyone has any tips on how to ease the pain beside taking Tylenol.
