My son was about to get hit by something and I scooped him quickly before he got hit and picked him up. He is 40lbs and I am 2 weeks post csection. Im having some cramping more than I have been and Im really worried because I was told not to pick anything up more than 10lbs. Im nervous I messed something up?? I dont have any heavy bleeding, im still just spotting. Im freaking out.
