Pms or pregnancy

So i had sex on my ovulation day according to the calendar since i didn't check it before to avoid it and about a week later now and at about 6 days past ovulation i started having tiny cramps in my lower abdomen or like ovary area and then like slightly tender boobs

There's no way i could be pregnant and i don't want to waste money on a test instead of just waiting the next five days till my period should start but it's now all i think about because i totally messed up seeing as how I'm not even with the guy he's a fwb lol also pretty sure it's pms because slight mood swings started

Also only worrying since he literally said mid cum that he needs to stop doing it inside me before i get pregnant lol like way to make me not worry
