Low Hcg on test - Can I have a healthy pregnancy?

I had my initial blood work done yesterday and got the results back today. It was only 81, which seems pretty low. Has anyone else had results low like this and everything was ok? I’ve had two miscarriages already and I really don’t want to go through all of that again.

Hcg needs to start somewhere, as long as it’s doubling fine don’t stress
