Light sleeper!
My little girl just turned 1 but she is such a light sleeper it’s unreal...
She still sleeps in our room in her cot but it’s to the point I can’t cough, get up for toilet or even turning over in bed and she’s up!
I am so exhausted please help. Any advice welcome anything at all!
I also have 2other daughters aged 8&18. So she will eventually be sharing a room with my 8year old.
