Infertility

What steps would you take if your doctor laughs about infertility. I can’t find a doctor that cares. I get told I don’t need another child because I’m young (25). I have two children but I am prone to miscarriages and have a had a bunch of losses. Before my daughter I had a miscarriage the month before I got pregnant with her and was so shocked. We’ve tried for about 8 months with no luck. My cycle is irregular. Anywhere from 35 to 45 day cycles. For example one cycle was 45 days then 35, then 20 days, then back to 35 days. It’s all over the place. I want to try clomid but since I’m young I just get laughed at when I bring up anything regarding wanting a child.
